What is KVN?

KVN is a network of people, places and spaces in and around Kensington. The network has an interest in art, craft, design, music, writing and all other types of creative expression. We welcome new artists at all levels of expertise. Being a not-for-profit organisation, all money raised will go back towards promotion of members.

What are KVN aims?

  • To be an information hub about art and craft resources, artisan spaces available, and events in the local and surrounding area.
  • To provide opportunities for the community to participate in art based activities and events - particularly those people with limited resources or access to do so.
  • To use creative based activities to foster and develop connections in the local area.
  • To facilitate the formation of ‘groups' of likeminded artist and craftsperson - to meet, share ideas, and support each other.

What have we been involved in?

Market3031

This market is an opportunity for local people to show and sell what they make, create, paint or perform.

All stall holders pay a small fee, which helps cover the cost of hiring the hall, tables and other administration expenses. Any left over funds will be used locally to encourage others to engage in creative activities.  Market3031blogspot.com
