SewHum is the name of Fiona Burnes' crafty side.
She does it to relax, to release creative energy and to make nice things for people to enjoy. She has sold her items at market3031 as well as Rose Street market in Fitzroy and the new Yarraville Market

Her other passion is painting - in particular botanical illustrations.
After a visit to The Art of Botanical illustration Exhibition in Novemb
er 2004 at Domain House she was inspired. This lead to taking her first art class in over 20 years. She then became a Whirlybird. This gave her an opportunity to practice amongst the experts, who gave guidance and support.
